Always in place, this door provides unmatched flood protection while allowing pedestrian access to your facility. It ships ready to install and can be fitted with standard panic hardware, an electric keypad or card reader. While our Original Pedestrian Flood Door is ideal for situations that require a FM rated flood door, PS Flood Barriers™ has recently introduced a purpose-built Hydro1® Pedestrian Flood Door that features the lowest leakage rate in the industry. The new Hydro1 doors have been third-party witness tested to 3′ and 20′ water protection heights with 50% less leakage then the ANSI/FM 2510 Section 4.3.3 standard (hardware included). The Hydro1 doors have not yet been FM rated, but are ideal for all other situations where a FM door is not required.
