New Hydro1® 90 Min. Fire Rated Flood Doors are normal-use swing doors specifically engineered for interior and exterior openings that require watertight flood protection and a 90-minute fire rating. The Hydro1 is a purpose-built flood door, not to be confused with repurposed hollow metal doors that fail to meet flood codes. They feature the lowest leakage rate in the industry with a unique one-piece perimeter gasket that creates a watertight seal. These doors have been independent-party witness tested to 3′, 8′, 20′ and 30′ water protection heights.
